Syncing:All the information on the server (contacts, files, calendars, tasks, e-mail) can be synced automatically as often as you like between your handheld or your laptop/desktop computer and the Microsoft Exchange server so that everyone is up-to-date.
Recover deleted items:If you find you need to recover a deleted piece of information that resided on the server, MS Exchange will allow you to resurrect a file for a period of three days.
